北京商报讯（记者 郝彦）5月6日，东方证券发布公告表示，拟以集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份，拟回购资金总额下限为2.5亿元（含），上限为5亿元（含），回购价格不超过13.5元/股（含）。

东方证券表示，回购股份将用于维护公司价值及股东权益。回购期限为自董事会审议通过回购股份方案之日起3个月内。
