　　5月7日消息，港股三大指数高开低走。截至午间收盘，恒生指数涨0.49%，报22773.95点，恒生科技指数跌0.22%，国企指数涨0.25%。盘面上，科网股涨跌不一，美团涨超1%，小米集团跌超2%，联想集团、阿里巴巴跌超1%；中资券商股集体大涨，弘业期货涨超56%；内房股全线上涨，金辉控股一度涨超45%。

　　中资券商股集体大涨，弘业期货涨超56%。今日早间，央行行长潘功胜5月7日在国新办举行的新闻发布会上宣布，降准0.5个百分点，向市场提供长期流动性约1万亿元，并降低政策利率0.1个百分点。另外，潘功胜还宣布将优化两项支持资本市场的货币政策工具，将证券、基金、保险公司互换便利5000亿元和股票回购增持再贷款3000亿元额度合并使用，总额度8000亿元。

　　内房股全线上涨，金辉控股一度涨超45%。央行行长潘功胜在国新办新闻发布会时表示，降低个人住房公积金贷款利率0.25个百分点，5年期以上首套房利率由2.85%降至2.6%，其他期限的利率同步调整。另外，下调个人住房公积金贷款利率。
