一图解码：港股IPO一周回顾 15家公司节前扎堆递表 钧达股份定价22.15港元
过去一周（2025.4.28-5.4），港股IPO市场的递表活动再度活跃，共有16家公司递交了上市申请，其中15家公司赶在五一假期前扎堆递表；且有2家新公司启动招股，分别为钧达股份（02865.HK）和沪上阿姨（02589.HK）；但期间没有公司通过聆讯，亦没有公司挂牌上市。
据港交所资料显示，上周递表的16家公司中仅曹操出行、特斯联、活力集团和讯众通信为二次及以上递表，其余的均为首次递表。而递表公司中，赛力斯（601127.SH）、晶澳科技（002459.SZ）和剑桥科技（603083.SH）均为冲刺“A+H”两地上市。
此外，上周仍有多家A股公司宣布启动赴港IPO筹备工作，其中包括紫光股份(000938.SZ)、广合科技(001389.SZ)及杰华特(688141.SH)。
