受央行降准降息影响，内房股集体上涨，其中，交通银行涨超2%刷新历史高价，区域银行泸州银行大涨超9%涨幅居前，建设银行涨超3%，中国银行、工商银行、招商银行均上涨。消息上，中国人民银行行长潘功胜今日在国新办发布会上宣布：降准0.5个百分点，预计向市场提供长期流动性约1万亿；降准后，整体存款准备金率平均水平将从原来的6.6%降低到6.2%。降低政策利率0.1个百分点，即公开市场7天期逆回购操作利率从目前的1.5%调降至1.4%，预计将带动贷款市场报价利率(LPR)同步下行约0.1个百分点。有分析指出，降准后，银行的资金面会变得更加宽松，有更多的资金可用于发放贷款。这对于银行股来说是一个直接的利好，因为贷款是银行的主要业务之一，更多的贷款意味着更多的收入和利润。(格隆汇)
