智通财经APP获悉，Constellation Energy(CEG.US)周二股价大涨10.5%，领涨标普500指数。这家美国最大的核电厂运营商第一季度营收轻松超出预期，并在第一季度每股收益未达市场一致预期的情况下，重申了全年调整后盈利指引，原因是人工智能应用带来的能源需求持续上升。
财报显示，Constellation Energy一季度营收同比增长10.2%至67.9亿美元，远高于分析师平均预期的54.4亿美元;归属于股东的净利润为1.18亿美元，较上年同期的8.83亿美元大幅下降;调整后的每股营业收益从上年同期的1.82美元升至2.14美元，但不及分析师平均预期的2.18美元。
不过，Constellation Energy仍重申2025年盈利预期，预计调整后的每股营业收益处于8.90美元至9.60美元之间，分析师平均预期为9.44美元。
Constellation Energy高管表示，该公司正越来越多地专注于与美国电网连接的数据中心项目，这标志着其从此前侧重直接从电厂为大型服务器仓库供电的策略发生了转变。该公司首席执行官Joseph Dominguez在财报电话会议上表示：“电网销售对我们和客户来说越来越有吸引力。”他同时指出：“我们仍然认为，部分客户采用电表后配置是有意义的。”
该公司表示，正在推进与数据中心的电力交易，包括重启三里岛核电站以及其计划中的对天然气及地热公司Calpine的266亿美元收购——该收购预计将在今年年底前完成。
