信达证券此前指出，作为国内领先的线上股票投资软件解决方案提供商，公司深耕在线投资者内容服务市场，已形成核心产品力、用户规模、运营口碑等优势，充分受益于市场走势回暖，业绩有望进一步改善。
此外，九方智投控股上月初发布公告，拟以1.0881亿港元收购Yintech Financial的全部股权、以1816万港元收购其核心信息系统。东吴证券表示，此次收购将是九方智投“出海”第一步，通过目标公司覆盖中国香港、美国等核心市场，提升行业竞争力。此外，通过整合方德证券的持牌业务，九方智投控股可能加强在联交所、美国证券交易所以及沪港通、深港通北向交易等核心市场的覆盖能力，进一步拓展跨境金融服务。
