智通财经APP获悉，碧桂园服务(06098)现跌超5%，截至发稿，跌5.55%，报6.64港元，成交额2.08亿港元。
消息面上，碧桂园服务发布公告称，将通过大股东抵押所持有全部股份的方式，一次性借出人民币10亿元，由大股东定向转借给碧桂园集团，专项支持其保交楼工作。接近碧桂园服务集团人士表示，本次借款决策过程合法合规，从长远利益出发，向大股东借款，有助于维护公司战略、治理、管理和文化的长期稳定，降低了公司不确定性风险。
交银国际此前表示，碧桂园服务利润率下降趋势已趋于稳定，由于收入主要来自第三方项目和传统物业管理服务，预计利润率进一步下滑空间有限。该行基于公司第三方收入占比领先行业、对关联方依赖较小，认为其能减轻毛利率下行压力，且持有约168亿元人民币净现金，在市场好转时可加强收购实现规模效应或增加派息，维持“买入”评级。目标价上调至8.36港元，认为其净现金储备有助于降低股价下行风险。
