格隆汇5月6日丨帝国金融集团(08029.HK)公布，据执行董事兼董事会主席郑丁港告知，Fresh Success Investments Limited(一间由郑丁港实益拥有90%的公司)("售股股东")于2025年4月29日与独立第三方Orange Peak Capital Group (BVI) Limited("潜在买方")订立谅解备忘录，内容关于可能出售143,791,404股普通股("待售股份”)，即售股股东于公司的全部股权及占公司于公告日期全部已发行股本约61.61%。
据悉，潜在买方为一家于英属处女群岛注册成立的有限公司，主要从事投资控股。潜在买方由欣瑜资本控股有限公司持有60%权益及邬蓓俊持有40%权益。欣瑜资本控股有限公司由欣瑜集团有限公司全资拥有，而欣瑜集团有限公司则由伍晶全资拥有。
公司已向联交所提出申请，以让股份于2025年5月7日上午九时正起于联交所恢复买卖。
