南戈壁(01878.HK) 公布，4月15日，全资附属SGS收到收到蒙古乌兰巴托一审行政法院发出最新法院命令，就若干蒙古税务局官员针对蒙古税务争议解决委员会(TDRC)提出的要求(即对TDRC先前决定对SGS的税务罚款由约8,000万美元下调至2,650万美元的评估结果提出异议或推翻该等决定)已被一审行政法院撤销。
