凤凰网科技讯 北京时间5月8日，据路透社报道，美国联邦上诉法院周三驳回了美国联邦贸易委员会(FTC)对微软690亿美元收购动视暴雪发起的法律挑战。
美国第九巡回上诉法院维持了下级法院的裁定，认为FTC无权申请初步禁制令来阻止这笔交易，该交易已于2023年完成。
三名法官组成的合议庭一致裁定，下级法院运用了正确的法律标准，并指出FTC未能证明其主张很有可能成立。FTC认为，该并购交易将限制市场竞争。这一裁决源自FTC在2022年对微软收购动视暴雪提起的反垄断诉讼。
微软收购动视暴雪是电子游戏行业有史以来规模最大的一笔并购交易。在获得英国竞争监管机构的批准后，该交易在2023年底正式完成。此前，该收购案也曾在多个国际市场面临监管审查。
