ServiceNow (NOW) said Tuesday it expanded its collaboration with Nvidia (NVDA) to develop and deploy advanced artificial intelligence agents for businesses.
Unveiled at the Knowledge 2025 event, the companies introduced the Apriel Nemotron 15B reasoning model, an open-source AI designed to support faster, cost-efficient decision-making in real-time workflows. The compact model was trained using Nvidia's NeMo platform and ServiceNow-specific data and is expected to be available in Q2.
The companies also launched a joint data flywheel architecture, integrating ServiceNow's Workflow Data Fabric with Nvidia NeMo microservices to refine models using enterprise data with built-in compliance controls.
Separately, ServiceNow and UKG launched a collaboration to boost employee productivity by combining UKG's AI-powered HR and payroll tools with ServiceNow's new AI Agent Fabric. The integration aims to automate tasks such as onboarding, time-off requests, and payroll queries, with applications across industries including healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.
