此外，日前摩根士丹利发研报指，相信未来60天内，华住集团股价将实现上涨。大摩预计，2025年五一黄金周(5月1日-5日)酒店平均可出租客房收入(RevPAR)将略为正增长，按年增长4%。这可能会超出市场预期，带来上行惊喜。若五一RevPAR实现正增长，将显示休闲需求的强劲表现，这种需求可能延续至2025年第三季度暑期(去年同期基数较低)。大摩估计，这一情景发生的概率约为80%以上。该行予华住集团“增持”评级及目标价47美元。
