BUZZ-Citi maintains 'neutral' rating on Australia's Aurizon as co plans cost cuts

** Analysts at Citi maintain "neutral" rating on Australia's Aurizon Holdings AZJ.AX at a price target of A$3.40

** Australia's largest rail freight operator said on Tuesday it was looking to potentially cut 200 full-time jobs across its business after an ongoing assessment of its non-operational cost base

** To offset wet weather challenges, AZJ is cutting costs and, despite material declines in Central Queensland coal volumes, it appears AZJ hasn't officially lowered its guidance — Citi

** Three of 14 analysts rate the stock "buy" or higher, 10 "hold" and one "sell" or lower; their median PT is A$3.42 — LSEG data
