山高新能源（01250）发布公告，宣布其全资附属公司青岛山辉清洁与山东路桥青岛建设于2025年5月7日签订了售电协议。

　　根据协议，青岛山辉清洁将向山东路桥青岛建设销售光伏电站产生的电力，合同期限为三年，至2028年5月6日。电费将按照相关用电量乘以国家电网山东省电力公司指定的每千瓦时价格计算，并享有20%的折扣率。
