由中国台湾 iPhone 制造商鸿海科技集团部分持股的汽车制造商富士康电动汽车公司（Foxtron）与日本三菱汽车公司于周三表示，双方已达成协议，将开发一款电动汽车，面向澳大利亚和新西兰市场销售。

　　鸿海，也就是富士康，是众多利用自身电子和通信领域专业技术，试图进军电动汽车市场、抢占汽车供应链环节的科技公司之一。

　　富士康电动汽车公司是鸿海与中国台湾裕隆汽车公司的合资企业。裕隆汽车公司获授权生产日产汽车。

　　今年早些时候，在日产汽车公司与本田汽车公司的合并谈判破裂时，曾有猜测称鸿海可能会收购三菱汽车的联盟伙伴日产汽车公司。

　　两家公司于周三表示，富士康电动汽车公司开发的这款电动汽车将由裕隆汽车公司生产，并将于 2026 年下半年在大洋洲推出。

　　富士康电动汽车公司和三菱汽车公司未透露相关财务细节，并表示在签署谅解备忘录之后还将进行进一步谈判。

　　像三菱这样的日本汽车制造商一直在加大在电动汽车领域的竞争力度，以应对来自中国竞争对手的激烈竞争。

　　三菱汽车设定了到 2035 年其所有产品系列均为电动汽车或混合动力汽车的目标。

　　富士康电动汽车公司今年 1 月在拉斯维加斯的消费电子展上展示了其 Model B—— 一款造型时尚的电动掀背车，以及其汽车电子产品。

　　富士康在其网站上列出了 11 款车型，包括其 Model T 公交车、Model V 皮卡车、Model N 厢式货车、Model B 汽车以及其 “豪华旗舰” 车型 Model E 轿车。
