智通财经APP获悉，据媒体消息，小鹏汽车(09868)考虑将小鹏汇天在港股或美股上市，已邀请银行参与。
小鹏汇天官网显示，公司是一家飞行汽车公司，属于小鹏汽车的生态企业。公司通过核心技术的自研革新与运用，致力于为用户打造安全、智能的飞行汽车等低空出行产品，逐步解决个人飞行、空中通勤、公共服务等需求。
2024年9月，小鹏汇天分体式飞行汽车“陆地航母”首次在广州亮相并公开试飞，此后便频繁出现在各大展馆。在2024年11月的珠海航展上，小鹏汇天“陆地航母”飞行汽车完成全球首次公开载人飞行。
3月25日，小鹏汇天官方宣布，旗下的“陆地航母”，飞行汽车的飞行体(代号：X3—F)型号合格证(TC)申请已于日前被中国民用航空中南地区管理局受理，预示着该型号即将进入适航审定阶段。
