据《The Information》报道，根据财务文件显示，OpenAI 预计到 2030 年，其向投资者兼密切合作伙伴微软支付的收入份额将低于目前水平。

　　这一消息发布之前，OpenAI 本周改变了一项重大重组计划的方向，转而推行一项新计划。根据新计划，其营利部门将成为一家公益公司（PBC），但仍由其非营利部门控制。

　　据《The Information》报道，OpenAI 目前已达成协议，将其营收的 20% 与微软分享。但这家人工智能公司已告知投资者，预计到本世纪末，它将与包括微软在内的商业伙伴分享其 10% 的收入。

　　微软已向 OpenAI 投资了数百亿美元，目前两家公司的合同有效期至 2030 年，合同内容包括双方的收入分成。该交易还赋予微软在其人工智能产品中使用 OpenAI 知识产权的权利，以及在 Azure 平台上对 OpenAI 应用编程接口（API）的独家使用权。

　　彭博社周一报道，微软尚未批准 OpenAI 提议的公司架构，据说这家大型科技公司希望确保新架构能够保护其价值数十亿美元的投资。
