智通财经APP讯，基石控股(01592)发布公告，延迟刊发2024年年度业绩公告的主要原因是公司财务部门的若干主要人员变动导致人员短缺;及会计人员短缺，限制了准备及向公司核数师提供审计资料的能力。董事会谨此补充延迟的原因。
自接到需求通知后，公司已在寻找主要财务人员的接替人选，并招募相关会计人员。因此，核数师已对截至2024年12月31日止年度延迟开展若干审计程序。直至2025年2月28日，公司已委任新公司秘书，并正与核数师紧密合作以完成审计程序。
于2025年3月28日，公司获核数师告知，若干审计确认未能且预计无法于2025年3月31日前收取。有关审计确认与集团于2024年12月31日的应收账款、现金及银行结余以及银行借款有关。鉴于该等财务项目为集团于2024年12月31日的最重要资产及负债，故尚未收取的确认令核数师须进行额外的审计程序，并等待该等确认的回复，以便得出关键审计事项及完成2024年审计。
