智通财经APP讯，先机企业集团(00176)发布公告，于2025年4月28日，公司收到据称由周伟成于2025年4月25日向公司、绍璇投资有限公司(“绍璇”)、国迅有限公司(“国迅”)和津信企业有限公司的注册办事处发出的通知，内容有关委任富事高咨询有限公司的霍羲禹及周伟成(地址为香港鲗鱼涌英皇道979号太古坊濠丰大厦35楼)就公司、绍璇及国迅的定期贷款抵押予恒生银行有限公司的资产，其中包括绍璇及国迅持有的香港上环干诺道中168-200号信德中心西座1501、1502、1510、1511、1512A及1512室的物业作为连带接管人和管理人。
收到接管人委任通知后，公司寻求与恒生银行协商以暂缓委任接管人。然而，于2025年5月6日，公司获悉将不会暂缓委任接管人。
于本公告日期，该等定期贷款的未偿还本金及应计利息分别为约港币2.17亿元及2182万元。公司正在评估委任接管人的法律、财务和营运影响。
应公司要求，公司股份已自2025年4月1日上午9时正起于联交所暂停买卖，并将继续暂停买卖。
