智通财经APP讯，招商证券(06099)公布，吴宗敏先生因到龄退休原因辞任公司执行董事、总裁、董事会战略与可持续发展委员会委员、董事会风险管理委员会委员及《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》第3.05条项下授权代表职务。其中，总裁的辞任自2025年5月6日生效，其余职务的辞任自股东大会选举产生新任董事之日生效。
