优步公司（Uber）在提交的证券备案文件中宣布，将以约7亿美元现金收购土耳其外卖平台Trendyol GO公司85%的股权。这笔交易尚待监管部门批准，预计将于今年下半年完成。优步表示，交易完成后有望对公司业绩增长产生积极贡献。
优步首席执行官Dara Khosrowshahi在声明中表示：“优步与Trendyol GO的强强联合将为土耳其消费者、配送员、餐厅及零售商——尤其是小型和家庭式企业——带来更优质的配送服务，此项交易体现了我们对土耳其市场的长期承诺，Trendyol GO团队取得的成就令人赞叹，我们期待在全国范围内延续这一强劲发展势头。”
Trendyol GO成立于2010年，由土耳其电商平台Trendyol运营，后者大股东为中国电商巨头阿里巴巴。该平台目前覆盖土耳其全国约9万家餐厅和1.9万名配送员。据优步披露，Trendyol GO在2024年完成订单量超2亿笔，总交易额达20亿美元，同比增长50%。
此次收购消息公布之际，优步即将于周三美股开盘前发布第一季度财报。根据StreetAccount数据，市场预期这家网约车及外卖巨头当季每股收益为0.51美元，营收达116亿美元。
