　　老铺黄金(06181.HK)宣布，拟配售431万股新H股，占扩大后H股股份总数3.09%及扩大后全部已发行股份总数2.5%，配售价为每股H股630港元，较昨日(2025年5月7日)H股收市价685港元折让8.03%，募资总额27.153亿港元，募资净额26.98亿港元，其中80%用于核心业务的发展、20%用于补充流动资金及一般企业用途。

　　中信建投国际、花旗，为此次配股融资的整体协调人及配售代理。

　　老铺黄金(06181.HK)于2024年6月28日在香港挂牌上市，当时以每股40.50港元的IPO发行价募资10.42亿港元。截至午间收市，其每股收报690.5港元，较IPO发行价大涨16.05倍，目前市值约1,162.57亿港元。
