港灯-SS(02638.HK) 表示，为应对即将到临的雨季及风季，日前联同机电工程署在杏花邨举行紧急复电演练，以强化工程人员对处理由极端或恶劣天气所引致电力事故的应变能力。
演练历时约3小时，模拟由港灯系统控制中心调派工程人员、调配流动指挥中心前赴现场，开展紧急修复和复电工作，模拟香港广泛地区受到暴雨影响、天文台发出黑色暴雨警告。由于每小时降雨量超过 70毫米，暴雨令数间位于杏花邨沿岸住宅大厦的变电站被水淹浸，触动站内的水浸警报系统，站内的自动抽水泵随即开动抽走积水，但由于遇上海水倒灌情况，令站内的水浸情况加剧，影响电力供应。
港灯在演练中派出流动发电车和流动电池储能车，若变电站内设施无法在短时间内重启，将可为居民提供临时电力供应。港灯表示，目前已为数百个变电站加强防洪设备，并正为所有距离岸边100米内、位处有水浸风险地区的电力设施，加装或升高挡水墙。(gc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-05-07 16:25。)
