消息面上，由沙特阿拉伯领导的OPEC+八国生产商集团周六达成协议，决定在6月份再次增产41.1万桶/日。这一增产规模几乎是高盛原先预测的14万桶/日的三倍。OPEC+内部消息人士表示，若成员国未严格履行生产配额，自愿减产协议可能在10月底前完全解除。
华源证券此前指出，4月OPEC+增产计划按预期启动并实现超预期增产。随着后续增产计划逐步落地，或持续推动原油价格下跌。原料端成本下移扩大炼厂利润空间，加速炼厂补库，或提振原油进口需求，利好油运市场需求面。供给方面，VLCC船队老龄化叠加新船交付有限，难补老船缺口，运力增幅不及预期。此外，美国对伊俄油轮制裁升级，或加速合规市场老旧运力出清。需求向好叠加运力收缩，VLCC运价有望持续走强。
