比推消息，据格隆汇报道，港股上市公司中国碳中和 (01372.HK) 发布公告称，已与高尔街控股有限公司 (高尔街集团) 签署战略合作伙伴框架协议，双方开展股权合作、业务合作等多领域协作。根据协议，中国碳中和将考虑战略投资高尔街集团旗下的证券型代币发行平台 CSpro，并在香港的法治及监管框架下，共同探索绿色资产领域的创新金融工具研发，推动包括碳资产在内的绿色资产代币化项目的落地。
