Meitu (HKG:1357) co-founder and chairman Mike Cai Wensheng purchased a 53,000 square foot building in Hong Kong for HK$650 million, the South China Morning Post reported Friday.

Cai plans to transform the 25-story building into the CAI Tower, an incubator for start-ups, the report said.
