据媒体报道，中国电池巨头宁德时代(300750.SZ)将在香港上市融资约50亿美元(约390亿港元)，其潜在投资者已被告知，该公司招股价可能较深圳上市股票价格折价10%以内。消息人士补充说，折价幅度可能在5%左右。
报道指出，宁德时代正与投资者会面，准备于下周启动该交易的累计投标工作。此次IPO可能是四年来香港最大规模的新股发行。
消息人士表示，投资者敦促宁德时代将香港招股价定为至少比深圳上市的股票价格低10%。但最终定价尚未最终确定。消息人士补充指，宁德时代希望基石投资者和锚定投资者认购大约半数新股。对此，宁德时代没有立即回应置评请求。
