Varonis Systems (VRNS) reported Q1 non-GAAP net income late Tuesday of breakeven per share, compared with a loss of $0.03 a year earlier.
One analyst polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.05.
Revenue in the three months ended March 31 were $136.4 million, up from $114 million. One analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $133 million.
For Q2, the company expects a non-GAAP net income per diluted share in the range of $0.00 to $0.01 on revenue of $145.0 million to $150.0 million. Analysts expect a non-GAAP EPS of $0.03 on revenue of $147.7 million.
For full year 2025, Varonis now expects non-GAAP net income of $0.14 to $0.17 per diluted share on revenue of $610 million to $625 million. Analysts expect non-GAAP EPS of $0.16 on revenue of $619.4 million.
Shares were up more than 2.7% in after-hours activity.
