智通财经APP讯，彩星集团(00635)发布公告，集团截至2025年3月31日止3个月(该期间)的未经审核收入约港币1.23亿元，相对于2024年同期的收入为港币2.61亿元;集团该期间未经审核除物业重估及除所得税前溢利约港币1400万元，相对于2024年同期为港币9100万元。
下跌原因乃主要由于公司的主要附属公司—彩星玩具集团的表现。彩星玩具集团截至该期间的未经审核收入约港币8500万元，相对于2024年同期的收入为港币2.21亿元;截至该期间未经审核除所得税前亏损约港币1200万元，相对于2024年同期未经审核除所得税前溢利为港币6500万元。本年与去年同期之比较变动，主要受以下因素影响：
收入减少，由于：(i)因不能如去年般受惠于2024年3月上映“哥斯拉 X 金刚：新帝国”电影所带动，“哥斯拉 X 金刚”的产品付运量按预期回落;及 (ii) “忍者龟”品牌并无大型娱乐活动推动，致使 “忍者龟” 产品系列需求放缓;
为配合即将推出的新产品，产品开发、模具及媒体制作费用有所增加;及
该期间彩星玩具集团库务投资的上市证券出现未变现及已变现净亏损约港币670万元，相对于2024年的未变现及已变现净溢利为港币1290万元。
