Syrah Resources Restores Access to Mozambique Graphite Project, Shares Jump 10%

Syrah Resources (ASX:SYR) said protests at its Balama graphite project in Mozambique ended and access to the project site was restored after a deal was reached by the mining firm, the farmers, and the Mozambique government authorities, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The government removed the small group of people who continued to block the site.

The firm is mobilizing camp support, inspection, and maintenance teams.

Its shares jumped 10% in recent trading on Monday.
