智通财经APP讯，中信建投证券(06066)发布公告，公司拟发行2025年面向专业投资者公开发行科技创新公司债券(第一期)，本期债券发行金额不超过10亿元(含10亿元)。本期债券的起息日为2025年5月13日。
本期债券募集资金不低于70%部分拟通过股权、债券、基金投资等形式专项支持科技创新领域业务，包括但不限于置换四川省成果转化投资引导基金合伙企业(有限合伙)等基金出资，剩余部分用于补充流动资金。
