金吾财讯 | 据外媒报道，IBM(IBM)首席执行官克利希纳(Arvind Krishna)日前接受专访时表示，该公司已经利用人工智能(AI)，尤其是能自主执行任务的AI代理(AI agents)，取代数百名人力资源部门的员工。克利希纳指出，虽然我们已广泛在内部导入AI与自动化处理企业流程，但IBM总体的员工人数其实是上升的，因为AI让我们能把资源转投入其他关键领域。他所指的重点领域包括：软件工程、销售与营销，这些是他口中的“面对人性挑战”的工作类型，也就是需要与人互动、进行思考与决策的任务，而非纯粹重复执行的作业。
