U.S. Natural Gas Futures Move Higher -- Market Talk

0855 ET - Natural gas futures pick up from the previous day's losses as LNG feedgas flows recover and the approach of summer heat is seen likely to lift demand in weeks ahead. "Essentially, weather patterns aren't far from being bullish as early season heat teases this summer will in fact be hotter than normal," NatGasWeather.com says in a note. On the downside, the market faces a series of large inventory builds that are expected to increase the surplus over the five-year average, while leaving storage well below year-earlier levels. Nymex natural gas is up 4.2% at $3.610/mmBtu. (anthony.harrup@wsj.com)
