智通财经APP讯，中金公司(03908)发布公告，该公司公开发行2020年公司债券(面向合格投资者)(第二期)(品种二)(以下简称“本期债券”)由于全额回售且未转售，根据《中国国际金融股份有限公司公开发行2020年公司债券(面向合格投资者)(第二期)(品种二)2025年债券回售实施结果公告》，该公司在2025年5月6日兑付本期债券剩余全额本金及2024年5月6日至2025年5月5日期间相应利息，本期债券将在2025年5月16日在上海证券交易所提前摘牌。
据悉，本期债券简称“20中金G4”，发行总额7亿元，票面利率为2.88%。
