BUZZ-ASX-listed Enlitic hits record low on discounted placement

** Shares of Enlitic ENL.AX fall 25% to A$0.036, hitting a lifetime low

** Stock on track for weakest session since mid December 2024, if current losses hold

** U.S.-based healthcare technology firm receives commitments to raise A$10 million ($6.48 million) via a placement

** Placement issue price at A$0.04 per Chess Depositary Interest $(CDI.NZ)$, a ~16.7% discount of stock's last close

** CDIs are instruments that allow non-Australian cos to list their shares on the Australian Stock Exchange

** Says funds to be used for co's research and development activities among others

** More than 1.6 million shares change hands vs 30-day avg volume of 1.5 million shares

** Stock down 33.3% YTD, including current session's moves
