Synagistics (HKG:2562) will partner with ByteDance unit BytePlus for artificial intelligence adoption in the Asia-Pacific region, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The Singapore-headquartered AI company will utilize BytePlus' AI infrastructure, including its Skylark large language models, and data analytics to develop enterprise applications suited for Asian markets, the filing said.
Synagistics will also integrate BytePlus' AI technologies into its Geene multi-large-language model AI platform.
The partnership will initially focus on Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam, before rollout across other parts of Asia, the filing said.
Synagistics shares dropped about 6% during afternoon trading on Tuesday.
