媒体援引知情人士透露，全球最大电动汽车电池制造商宁德时代正寻求约10亿美元贷款，用于投资印尼项目。

　　因讨论未公开消息而不愿具名的知情人士称，这笔贷款的期限可能为5至7年，资金将用于支持宁德时代在印尼的合资公司，后者计划在西爪哇省卡拉旺建设电池工厂。

　　目前宁德时代正与潜在金融机构洽谈，贷款细节可能调整。该公司未回应置评请求。

　　此次融资恰逢宁德时代启动评估投资者对其香港招股的认购意向，筹资规模可能至少达到50亿美元，有望成为香港近年来最大上市案。宁德时代表示公司受特朗普政府关税影响有限，因其在美国业务规模较小。

　　去年10月，宁德时代通过子公司CBL International Development与印尼国有电池公司Indonesia Battery Corp．成立合资企业。该合资公司计划在印尼投资12亿美元。
