智通财经APP讯，超人智能(08176)发布公告，于2025年5月7日(交易时段后)，本公司(作为发行人)与太东控股有限公司(作为认购人)订立认购协议，双方有条件同意认购人应认购，而本公司应配发及发行合共6250万股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.120港元。认购人就所有认购股份应付的总认购价，应于完成时透过将未偿还金额750万港元资本化及部分抵销认购价的方式缴付。
认购股份占于本公告日期已发行股份总数约9.57%;及经配发及发行认购股份扩大后已发行股份总数约8.74%(假设本公告日期至配发及发行认购股份期间已发行股份总数并无变动)。
