石油输出国组织与盟友组成的OPEC+决定加快增产，4至6月总增产幅度达到每日96万桶，引发市场对供应的担忧。据媒体测算，OPEC+自2022年以来，透过多个协议达成的每日220万桶减产措施，已经解除了44%。OPEC+消息人士指，如果成员国不能更好遵守产量配额，组织或于10月底前完全解除自愿减产。
