消息面上，帝国金融集团公布，执行董事兼董事会主席郑丁港一间持有90%公司Fresh Success Investments Limited 于4月29日与独立第三方 Orange Peak Capital Group (BVI) Limited 订立谅立解备忘录。关于可能悉售143,791,404股股份，占该公司全部已发行股本约61.61%。潜在买方由欣瑜资本持有60%权益及邬蓓俊持有40%权益。欣瑜资本由欣瑜集团全资拥有，而欣瑜集团则由伍晶全资拥有。
