极氪(ZK.US) 获吉利汽车(00175.HK) 提出私有化建议，建议购买价较极氪于最后交易日美国存托股票(ADS)于纽交所的收市交易价溢价约13.6%。极氪美股盘前报25.05美元，升近10.9%。
吉利汽车宣布已于今日(7日)向极氪提交非约束性报价函，初步表明有意进行私有化，建议购买价为每股极氪股份2.566美元或每股ADS 25.66美元。股东亦可选择以每股极氪股份换取1.23股新发行股份，或每股ADS收取12.3股新发行股份。
