斯凯奇周一表示，已同意被投资公司 3G 资本以 94 亿美元的交易私有化，此时这家鞋业公司正努力应对美国高额关税和不稳定贸易政策的影响。

　　路透社计算，3G 资本已提出以每股 63 美元的现金收购斯凯奇股票，较该股周五收盘价有 28% 的溢价。

　　消息公布后，该公司股价跃升超过 25%，至 61.90 美元。

　　斯凯奇上个月撤回了其年度业绩预测，理由是特朗普政府的贸易政策冲击了全球经济，削弱了消费者信心。

　　由巴西亿万富翁金融家豪尔赫・保罗・莱曼控制的收购公司 3G 资本，因其通过卡夫亨氏等公司在食品和饮料领域的投资而闻名。

　　斯凯奇的这笔交易预计将在 2025 年第三季度完成，资金将通过 3G 资本提供的现金以及摩根大通银行承诺的债务融资相结合的方式筹集。
