5月8日金融一线消息，中信银行公告，拟出资 100 亿元人民币设立全资子公司信银金融资产投资有限公司（暂定名，将以有关监管机构、市场监 督管理部门核准的名称为准，以下简称“信银金投”）

　　中信银行表示，本次投资是本行积极响应国家号召，大力支持“科技金融”发展的关键举措。 本行将立足服务国家战略，做好金融“五篇大文章”。本次投资的资金来源为本行自有资金，本行资本可支撑设立信银金投，对本行各项流动性指标影响较小。
