智通财经APP获悉，今日有媒体消息称，小鹏汽车考虑将其飞行汽车子公司小鹏汇天首发上市，已邀请多家银行参与竞标，IPO可能在香港或美国进行。对此，小鹏汇天回应称，目前公司没有具体可公布的信息。
小鹏汇天官方表示：关于IPO的传闻，目前没有可以回应的信息。公司将继续专注于业务发展，并在合适的时机与大家分享最新进展。
公开资料显示，小鹏汇天是一家飞行汽车公司，属于小鹏汽车的生态企业。公司通过核心技术的自研革新与运用，致力于为用户打造安全、智能的飞行汽车等低空出行产品，逐步解决个人飞行、空中通勤、公共服务等需求。
3月25日，小鹏汇天官方宣布，旗下的“陆地航母”，飞行汽车的飞行体(代号：X3—F)型号合格证(TC)申请已于日前被中国民用航空中南地区管理局受理，预示着该型号即将进入适航审定阶段。
