【建设银行：赎回20亿美元二级资本债券】金十数据5月8日讯，建设银行公告，公司将于2025年6月24日行使赎回权，赎回所有未偿付的初始年利率为2.45%、于2030年到期的20亿美元二级资本债券。本次赎回将包括本金及截至赎回日应付未付的利息。赎回完成后，本期债券将不再含有未偿付余额，公司也将向香港联合交易所申请撤回上市。国家金融监督管理总局已对本次赎回无异议，行使赎回权的条件已满足。
