EPAM Systems has designated Balazs Fejes to succeed principal founder Arkadiy Dobkin at the helm of the digital transformation services and product engineering company.

EPAM on Thursday said Fejes, currently president of global business and chief revenue officer, will become president and chief executive of the Newtown, Pa., company on Sept. 1.

Dobkin, who founded EPAM in 1993 and currently serves as chairman, president and CEO, will transition to the role of executive chairman, the company said.

Fejes, 50 years old, joined EPAM in 2004 in connection with its acquisition of Fathom Technology, which he co-founded.
