金吾财讯 | 老铺黄金(06181)宣布，于2025年5月7日（联交所交易时段后），拟配售431万股新H股，占扩大后H股股份总数3.09%及扩大后全部已发行股份总数2.5%，每股配售价为每股H股630港元，较上交易日收市价685港元折让约8.03%。预期配售所得款项总额及净额分别约27.15亿港元及约26.98亿港元，其中(i)80%用于核心业务的发展，包括但不限于中国内地门店拓展、现有门店位置优化和面积扩建以及支持同店销售的快速增长；及(ii)20%用于补充流动资金及一般企业用途。
