智通财经APP获悉，美国私募股权巨头阿波罗全球管理(APO.US)支持的Aspen Insurance Holdings计划以每股29-31美元的价格发行1325万股股票，以筹资3.975亿美元。该股将于周四在纽约证券交易所上市，股票代码为“AHL”。
根据Aspen Insurance向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交的最新文件，该公司2024年的营收为32.6亿美元，净利润为4.861亿美元;2023年的营收和净利润则分别为29.7亿美元和5.347亿美元。
文件显示，在出售股份后，阿波罗对Aspen Insurance的持股比例从99.8%降至86.7%。阿波罗在2019年以26亿美元的交易将这家当时陷入困境的保险公司私有化。
Aspen Insurance的两位数股本回报率和承保盈利能力颇具吸引力。近年来，在首席执行官Mark Cloutier的领导下，该公司减少了再保险和财产巨灾风险的风险。
