港股新茶饮再添一员！沪上阿姨登陆港交所 一度涨超74％
【大河财立方消息】港股新茶饮再添一员！5月8日，沪上阿姨正式登陆港交所，盘中涨幅一度高达74％，截至发稿，涨超52％，报172.4港元/股，总市值超180亿港元。
据悉，沪上阿姨在本次IPO发行中总计发行241.13万股H股。同时，沪上阿姨还引入了盈峰集团和华宝股份两位基石投资者，累计认购921.55万美元。以每股113.12港元的发行价计算，沪上阿姨本次IPO发行募集资金总额为2.73亿港元。
公开信息显示，沪上阿姨创立于2013年，创始人为单卫均和周蓉蓉。根据招股书，过去三年，沪上阿姨的营收分别为人民币21.99亿元、33.48亿元、32.85亿元，相应的净利润分别为人民币1.49亿、3.88亿和3.29亿元。
截至2024年12月31日，沪上阿姨拥有9176家线下门店，覆盖全国300多个城市。
