格隆汇5月8日｜据《华盛顿邮报》，马斯克旗下SpaceX的星链(Starlink)近期与多个受美国关税波及的国家签署合作协议，令人关注其是否成为外交施压的间接工具。报道指出，非洲内陆国赖索托(Lesotho)在特朗普宣布“对等关税”政策时，被课以高达50%的进口税率，尽管该国对美贸易规模极小，却仍无法幸免。仅两周后，赖索托政府即与Starlink达成协议，成为该国首度引进卫星网络的服务商。根据一份美国国务院内部备忘录，赖索托此举旨在向白宫展示欢迎美商的态度，借此争取在贸易谈判中取得进展。几乎在同一时期内，Starlink也先后与孟加拉、刚果民主共和国、印度、巴基斯坦、索马利亚及越南等国达成合作协议。
